Barclay Room Private Booking – Friday 23rd January

Important Notice for Friday 23rd January

We wanted to let our members and patrons know about a special booking on Friday 23rd January. The Barclay Room at Karuah RSL Club will be reserved for a private family gathering during the afternoon, approximately between 4pm and 6pm.

We understand that Fridays are typically one of our busiest times at the club, and we sincerely apologise for the reduced capacity during this period. As a general rule, we don’t accept private room bookings on Fridays precisely because we know how popular this time is with our regular members and guests.

Why We’ve Made an Exception

This particular booking is of great importance to a significant number of our members. During difficult times, we believe it’s proper and compassionate to support our club family in whatever way we can. We felt this was one of those occasions where making an exception was the right thing to do.

We truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. The rest of the club will remain open as usual, and our dedicated team will be on hand to assist wherever possible to ensure your visit is still enjoyable.
