Karuah & District RSL Club is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team. This position plays a key role in the Club’s daily financial and operational administration, supporting compliance, accuracy and smooth system operations within our busy club environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily balancing of tills, gaming, EFTPOS and safe reconciliations, along with preparation of banking and investigation of discrepancies. You’ll operate and reconcile POS and gaming systems including reporting, maintain new and existing club memberships, and handle accounts payable supplier invoices, payments and reconciliation. Providing excellent customer service and general administrative support is also an important part of this role.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with experience using MYOB or similar accounting software and strong customer service skills, as this is at times a customer-facing role. The ability to learn and embrace new technologies in an administrative environment is essential, along with a high level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail.

Experience using SENPOS and EBET systems is advantageous, as is an understanding of the NSW Club Legislative framework. However, we’re happy to provide training to the right candidate who demonstrates the core skills and attitude we’re looking for.

About the Position

This role is available on a casual, part-time or full-time basis and includes some nights and weekends. We offer flexible work hours with a variety of shifts available to suit different circumstances.
