Karuah & District RSL Club is looking for a reliable, experienced Bar All-Rounder to join our friendly, social team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and thrives in a community-focused environment.

The Role

This position offers diverse responsibilities that will keep your workdays interesting. You’ll be driving our Courtesy Bus, ensuring members and guests get home safely after enjoying their time at the club. Bar and café all-rounder duties form a key part of the role, where you’ll serve drinks, prepare food, and provide excellent customer service to our valued patrons.

Friday and Saturday night availability is required, as these are our busiest times when the club comes alive with members and visitors. You’ll also be covering the door, helping to maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who visits Karuah RSL.

What You Need

To be successful in this role, you’ll need a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certification. Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is essential, as you’ll be expected to hit the ground running and work independently when needed.
